Participated in projects development starting from engineering till construction and commissioning, managed steel structure construction team, managed the design engineering team, budget planning, resources, provided a technical consultation on steel structure constructability methodology for onshore and offshore structures including offshore logistics and transportation, manage contracting organizations by the project of design, manage a project, contractor performance evaluation regarding designing, procurement and construction of steel structure modules, pipe racks, barges, drilling platforms and other vessels.
